    Technology Help

Bright teachers and staff are dedicated to assisting students and families with their technology needs. There are several ways we can help.

Visit the Technology Resources section of this website for troubleshooting guides in English and Spanish with various topics, including Zoom, iPads, Parent Portal, etc.

If you are unable to find the required topic or need additional assistance, contact your child’s teacher. The teacher will provide guidance or submit a school ticket to request help.

    School Experience Survey

Parents, please take a few moments to complete the School Experience Survey. The information about your experience at your child’s school is used to help the school community learn how best to serve the needs of its members. As part of the school community, your opinions are important. All responses are confidential so no one from your child’s school will know how you responded. This survey is voluntary and there are no right or wrong answers to these questions. The last day to complete the survey is Friday, December 11th.

Please be sure to enter your email address at the end to receive confirmation that you have completed the survey. Parents who show proof of completing the survey will be entered into a drawing.  More details to come!
